How It Works
The safe sequence is evidence, insurer confirmation, written scope, then repair.
Get a Police Report
For an accident in Dubai, follow the current Dubai Police reporting route. For another emirate, use that emirate's competent authority. Then follow the reporting instructions in your policy.
Confirm Active Auto
Report the accident to your insurer, open a claim reference, and ask the insurer to confirm Active Auto for this policy and claim before the vehicle is moved.
Assess and Approve
At the Al Quoz workshop, we document the damage and coordinate the estimate where Active Auto is assigned. Insurer-funded work starts only after the authorised scope is clear.
Repair and Handover
We complete the authorised repair scope and carry out handover checks. Excess, uncovered items, customer-pay work, and follow-up points are explained before collection.
