No universal turnaround is promised. The estimate depends on damage, diagnosis, parts, insurer authority and current workshop capacity. A vehicle-specific completion window is provided after assessment.
Is direct insurance billing automatic?
No. Assignment, authority, settlement route and any customer or fleet payment are confirmed for the specific insurer, policy and claim before repair begins.
Can several fleet vehicles be discussed together?
Yes. Send a vehicle manifest and identify the priority and status of each unit. Active Auto will confirm workshop capacity and the next step for each vehicle rather than promising a blanket queue position.
Where are rental vehicles received and collected?
At Active Auto's single physical workshop at 22nd St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4. No fleet pickup or delivery service is advertised.
Can servicing and non-accident repairs be discussed too?
Yes. Mechanical, diagnostic, AC, tyre, bodywork and inspection needs can be scoped. Pricing and any recurring fleet arrangement are confirmed in writing.
